Reorganizations are complex from a tax law perspective. With circular no. 32a dated January 20, 2025, the FTA has provided clarifications and made practical changes in some areas. The aim of the seminar is to explain the tax issues of reorganizations in all tax types (profit tax, withholding tax and stamp duties) in a practical way using case studies. In addition, the reasons of the FTA for the changes in circular no. 32a will be discussed.
