The FTA informs about the data suppliers for the turnover tax recognized as of August 1, 2023.
For the period from July 1, 2021 to July 31, 2023, Bloomberg Finance L.P., New York (USA), also qualified as a recognized data provider. Due to a waiver by Bloomberg Finance L.P., New York (USA), it is no longer a recognized data provider with effect from August 1, 2023. As a consequence, for domestic securities dealers relying on the classification system of Bloomberg Finance L.P., New York (USA), the rules set out in this notice will no longer apply as of August 1, 2023. Such securities dealers, as well as the other domestic securities dealers who have not opted to use the classification by a recognized data provider, are fully responsible for the correct classification themselves.
