Finance Minister Ueli Maurer received French Economy and Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire for a working meeting in Bern on 31 March 2021.
In addition to other financial policy issues, the ministers exchanged views on the positions of Switzerland and France in the OECD's work on the future taxation of multinational companies in the digitalised economy and discussed bilateral tax issues that affect cross-border commuters in particular.
