Federal Council adopts dispatch on the amendment of the double taxation agreement with Armenia

The Federal Council adopted the dispatch on the Protocol of Amendment to the DTA on 4 May 2022.

The protocol provides for the BEPS minimum standards and contains an administrative assistance clause according to international standards. In addition, it also provides for the amendments of other provisions such as permanent establishments, dividends and interest.
