In its circular dated January 27, 2023, the FTA provided information for the last time on changes to the various information sheets for withholding tax and overviews of double taxation agreements (DTAs) .
The DTA with Ethiopia has been applicable since January 1, 2024. There was also an exchange with the Philippine authorities on the topic of residency. The FTA has supplemented its information sheets and overviews accordingly.
