The Federal Tax Administration (FTA) has published the "Tax statistics 2023 - At a glance". The pocket-sized leaflet presents figures on various types of federal taxes, statistical evaluations of individuals and legal entities and the tax burden.
The "Tax statistics 2023" leaflet is divided into the following sections:
- Revenue development from direct federal tax, value added tax, stamp duties and withholding tax;
- Development of income from direct federal tax for individuals and legal entities by canton;
- Statistics on the assets of natural persons by canton;
- Tax burden of natural persons and legal entities as well as key figures for VAT by economic activity.
