FTA publishes selectively adapted document "Structure and Record Formats of Withholding Tax Tariffs for Import into Payroll Accounting Systems (ERP Systems)

On August 15, 2023, the FTA published a selectively adjusted document "Structure and Record Formats of Withholding Tax Tariffs for Import into Payroll Accounting Systems (ERP Systems)".

This document describes the structure and the record formats of the withholding tax rates for pension and lump-sum benefits from pension plans, substitute income and for drawing commissions. These tariffs or these tariff files can be imported into corresponding specialized applications (ERP systems).

The new guidelines apply to the provision of withholding tax rates to be applied from January 1, 2024.
