The Federal Tax Administration (FTA) has calculated and published the tax burden in the cantons and municipalities for the year 2017.
According to a press release dated 11 July 2018, the FTA has issued its annual publication "Tax burden in Switzerland, cantonal capitals - Cantonal figures 2017". The publication shows the different tax burden regarding cantonal, municipal and church taxes.
The data published by the FTA include the tax burden for:
- Taxes on income and wealth of natural persons
- taxes on profits and capital of legal entities
- Inheritance Taxes
On the associated website of the FTA, further forms of presentation of the tax burden are offered.
