Switzerland has concluded a consultation agreement with Germany on the treatment of survivors' benefits from the public sector occupational pension scheme.
In a media release dated 17 August 2018, the State Secretariat for International Financial Matters (SIF) announced the conclusion of a consultation agreement between Switzerland and Germany. The consultation agreement concerns the treatment of survivors' benefits from occupational pension schemes in the public sector under the existing double taxation agreement (DTA).
