The Swiss Federal Tax Administration (FTA) has updated the list of changes to laws and ordinances in tax and duty law with effect from 2019.
The list of "Federal laws and ordinances with entry into force 2019-2021", updated on 25 October 2018, contains amendments to decrees on direct federal tax, value added tax, withholding tax and stamp duties in which the FTA is significantly involved or for whose implementation it is responsible. The list also includes legislative and ordinance projects that have not yet been completed.
