On April 2, 2026, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) updated the article “Taxation of Legal Entities” in the Tax Information section.
These texts outline the taxation of various categories of legal entities at the federal and cantonal levels. In particular, the chapters on the OECD minimum tax have been expanded and updated.
