The following positions are new or adjusted:
- 2.20 OECD minimum tax
- 5.12 Reform of VAT (from 2020)
- 7.1 Proposals and initiatives submitted
- 7.2 Pending initiatives and initiatives
- 7.3 Completed initiatives
