The tax information dossiers "Penalty provisions for direct taxes" and "Subsequent taxation" have been updated.
The first explains the various tax violations and tax offenses as well as the corresponding penalties. It also deals with the non-punishable voluntary disclosure and the special investigative measures of the FTA. The latter deals with the procedure for subsequent taxation and simplified subsequent taxation in inheritance cases.
