- Judgment of 11 October 2016 (A-2701/2017): Administrative assistance DTA Switzerland - India; as a result of reconsideration by the FTA, the proceedings were written off and no administrative assistance was provided; proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court also written off as invalid; the appeal lodged against this decision by the FTA concerning the allocation of procedural costs was dismissed by the Federal Supreme Court as inadmissible in its ruling of 2 November 2017 (2C_917/2017) (cf. our contribution of 19 November 2017).
