- Judgment of 12 April 2018 (A-847/2018, A-858/2018): Withholding tax; complaint of the complainant due to denial of justice by the FTA, which had not issued a decision regarding the refunds of withholding tax (in total about CHF 56,000,000) for about three years; based on the complaint before the Federal Administrative Court (FAC), the FTA had finally issued its decision; thus, the matter has become devoid of object.
