Overview of the tax rulings of the Swiss Federal Administrative Court published between November 27 and December 3, 2023:

Judgment of November 17, 2023 (A-2570/2022): RTVA 2021; like its predecessor, the RTVA tariff applicable from 2021 violates the principle of legal equality in view of its degressive structure. However, for reasons of proportionality and legal certainty, its application is not denied and the fee is nevertheless levied in the present case. Dismissal of the appeal.
