- Judgment of 31 January 2019 (A-4268/2018): Direct federal tax (place of assessment); the FTA decided in an order dated 25 May 2016 that the Canton of Zurich was responsible for the assessment of the complainant's direct federal tax 2010; referral to the FTA, as the collection of evidence (witness statements) should not be associated with insignificant expense; approval of the complaint and referral of the case back to the FTA for further clarification and a new decision.
