The Federal Tax Administration (FTA) has published the first withholding tax rates for 2018.

The FTA makes the cantonal withholding tax rates available on its website:

  • The withholding tax rates for the cantons AG, GE, JU, and VS were published. These cantons have already created the tariff file.
  • The cantons AI, AR, BE, BL, BS, FR, GL, GR, LU, NW, OW, ZG and ZH do not recalculate the tariffs.
  • The cantons NE, SG, SH, SZ, UR and VD will calculate new tariffs, but have not yet created the tariff file.
