On 10 May 2018, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) published a supplement to update the lists of amendments to laws and ordinances.
Already on April 30, 2018, the FTA had published the lists of changes in the laws and ordinances on direct federal tax, value-added tax, withholding tax and stamp duties for 2019 - 2021 (see our article of May 3, 2018).
The supplement concerns the regulation of the mail order business, which comes into force on 1 January 2019.
The list of legislative and ordinance projects 2019-2021 is available here and also includes legislative and ordinance projects that have not yet been completed.
