On February 16, 2018, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) published the circular "List of Pillar 3b surrenderable endowment insurance policies".
The Circular "List of surrenderable Pillar 3b endowment insurance policies" as of 31 December 2017 lists all Pillar 3b insurance products on the market that have been submitted to the FTA for assessment with regard to the income tax privileges under Article 20 (1) (a) and Article 24 (b) DBG.
