The Federal Tax Administration (FTA) has updated the lists of amendments to laws and ordinances relating to direct federal tax, value added tax, withholding tax and stamp duties.
The first of the two published lists represents the amendments that will come into force in 2018 ("Federal Acts and Ordinances coming into force in 2018"). The second list provides an overview of the legislative and ordinance projects that have not yet been completed ("Other legislative and ordinance projects").
The two lists contain amendments to decrees in tax and duty law in which the FTA is significantly involved or for whose implementation it is responsible.
