According to the SIF communication, the protocol of amendment to the DTA with Tajikistan entered into force on November 2, 2023 and is in principle applicable from this date.
The protocol of amendment contains an abuse clause and an administrative assistance clause in accordance with international standards on the exchange of information on request.
