In the final vote on 16 June 2017, the Council of States and the National Council adopted the Federal Decree on the approval of the Multilateral Agreement between the competent authorities on the exchange of country-specific reports (ALBA Agreement) and the associated Implementation Act (ALBA Act).
The Federal Council bill (transaction 16.078) comprises the two following decrees:
- Federal Decree on the approval of the Multilateral Arrangement between the competent authorities on the exchange of country-specific reports (ALBA Arrangement)
- Federal law on the international automatic exchange of country-specific reports by multinational corporations (ALBA law).
