VAT: Publication of the draft practice definitions of the VAT Main Division (July 20, 2018)

On July 20, 2018, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) published a new first draft on VAT practice.

The following draft was published:

• Draft Practical adaptations Subject: Declaration of exempt services at banks and insurance companies (1st draft of 20 July 2018); the deadline for comments is 20 August 2018 The first draft will remain on line after the practical consultation
