The Federal Tax Administration (FTA) published new drafts on VAT practice (revMWSTG) on September 17, 2018

The following drafts were published:

Draft Practical adaptations revMWSTG Subject: Mail order business (1st draft of 17 September 2018); the deadline for comments is 16 October 2018; the first draft will however remain available after the practical consultation.

Draft Practice adjustments revMWSTG MWST-Info 18 Topic: Tax refund (1st draft dated 17 September 2018); the deadline for comments is 16 October 2018. However, the first draft will remain available after the practice consultation.
