The Federal Tax Administration (FTA) has published the lists of changes to laws and ordinances from 2017 onwards in the areas of direct federal tax, value added tax, withholding tax and stamp duties.
The list published on 19 October 2017 "Federal Acts and Ordinances coming into force in 2017" collects the amendments that will come into force in 2017. Another list published on 19 October 2017, "Federal Acts and Ordinances with Entry into Force 2018-2020", brings together the legislative and ordinance projects that have not yet been completed.
The two lists contain amendments to decrees in tax and duty law in which the Federal Tax Administration plays a major role or is responsible for their implementation.
