The Council of States and the National Council have adopted the Federal Act on the Implementation of Recommendations of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes.
In their final votes on 21 June 2019, both the Council of States and the National Council adopted the Federal Act on the Implementation of Recommendations of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes (Business of the Federal Council, 18.082). The decision is in line with the proposal of the conciliation conference.
