On October 27, 2022, SIF announced that the mutual agreement of July 18, 2022, on the taxation of telework between Switzerland and France will remain in force until December 31, 2022.
The competent authorities concerned are continuing discussions with a view to reaching agreement on a permanent arrangement before December 31, 2022. See also our article dated July 23, 2022.
