On June 2, 2025, the SIF published a Memorandum of Understanding between Switzerland and Sweden.
The mutual agreement of May 22, 2025 concerns the procedural rules of the mutual agreement procedure provided for in Art. 26 para. 5 DTA Switzerland-Sweden.
