Publication of the drafts of the practice definitions of the VAT Department (10 March 2020)

On 10 March 2020, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) published the draft of practical adjustments to the VAT Act on tourism taxes.

This draft constitutes a working paper of the FTA, which will be submitted to the Consultative Body and to interested parties for practical consultation. The deadline for comments is 9 April 2020.
