Publication of the drafts of the practical definitions of the VAT Department (28 April 2020)

On 28 April 2020, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) published the draft Practical Adaptations to the VAT Act, topic: Tax assessment.

This draft constitutes a working paper of the FTA which will be submitted to the Consultative Body and to interested parties for practical consultation. The deadline for comments is 28 May 2020.
