Publication of the drafts of the practice definitions of the VAT Department (28 January 2020)

On 28 January 2020, the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) published the draft of practical adjustments to the VAT Act (MWSTG).

This draft constitutes a working paper of the FTA, which will be submitted to the Consultative Body and to interested parties for practical consultation. The deadline for comments is 11 February 2020.
